6. Single User

Each assigned user name for Service Provider’s online service is to be used solely by the individual to which it was issued. Requests for multiple user single site licenses can be arranged and should be made to Service Provider at: contact@mandirbook.com

7. Payment & Donations

You agree to pay, using the credit information you provided us, the charges incurred on your account in order to access any fee-based services to which you have purchased and/or donation you have made on this site.

8. Termination

Service Provider reserves the right to restrict, suspend or terminate your access to its services, fee-based or otherwise, in whole or in part, with respect to any breach or suspended breach of any portion of this Agreement. In the event of such a termination, there will be no refunds for unused time under the terms of your license. Service Provider reserves the right to refuse to provide services to you in the future.

9. Refund/Cancellation Policy

Donation Refund -

If the donation you made on mandirbook.com does not get processed successfully to the intended recipient party within standard set period as advised to you while initiating the payment on this site, mandirbook.com will undertake reasonable endeavours to track and locate the paid amount. If the amount is traced within absolute control of mandirbook.com, mandirbook.com will either refund the money back to donator or to the original intended recipient whichever is practically easier to do so for mandirbook.com.

If after mandirbook.com having taken reasonable efforts to track the transaction and if the amount could not be traced or traced to be found outside of control of mandirbook.com, mandirbook.com will cease any further efforts to track such transaction or compensate or refund any (in parts or full) money paid by donator. Mandirbook.com reserves right to refuse to entertain any claim for refund or compensation to donator.

Any service or transaction fees charged will not be refunded in any case.

Advertisement Subscription Fee Refund Policy:

No refund will be paid.

Payment

You agree to pay, using the credit information you provided us, the charges incurred on your account in order to access any fee-based services to which you have purchased or availed.

All Programs, Products, or Services offered by Service Provider, are not substitutes to physical i.e. in person visits to the temples or participation in related events, festivals, prayers or rituals etc. The information on the Website (or as otherwise provided by Service Provider) is provided for educational purposes only, and is in no way intended to deliver or cause or bring benefits or services otherwise provided or availed by physically attending the events (such as festivals or rituals) or venues (i.e temples).

11. Governing Law, Dispute Resolution.

The laws of the Indian Penal Code, India applicable to contracts fully executed and performed in India will govern the construction and operation of this Agreement without regard to any conflict of laws provisions. Any action brought in connection with this website against mandirbook.com will be brought in a court sitting in Mumbai High Court, Nariman Point, Mumbai, India, or in the Civil District Court in Pune, India, and the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of such court(s).
